• Response time: We reply within 1–2 business days (often sooner).

Order questions

• Custom artwork checks: Not sure if your image will engrave well? Send it to us with a brief note—we’ll review contrast, resolution, and suitability.
• Changes after ordering: If we haven’t started engraving, we can usually update your design or shipping info. Include your order number for speedy help.
• Status and tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. If it’s been longer than expected, ping us and we’ll investigate.

Bulk, teams, and corporate

• Group orders (leagues, tournaments, events) and corporate gifts welcome.
• Tell us quantity, deadline, and any logos (with usage rights). We’ll quote turnaround and pricing.

Artwork and permissions

• We can engrave original art, licensed images, personal photos, and approved logos.
• We cannot engrave copyrighted or trademarked content without permission. When in doubt, ask us before ordering.

Returns and remakes

• If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right per our policy (remake or refund as applicable).
